New Phone System Announcement:

As our practice continues to grow, we've made a change to help us provide faster service while keeping our prices as affordable as possible.

Yes... we've added an AI receptionist to answer our phones. And trust me—I dislike talking to computers just as much as anyone else! However, as a
one-doctor mobile practice, answering every phone call personally simply isn't possible. Hiring a full-time receptionist would significantly
increase our overhead, which would ultimately increase the cost of care for our clients.

Here's what you can expect:

• Our AI receptionist answers calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

• It can answer many common questions and collect your information and the reason for your call.

• Your message is then forwarded to our team, where an assistant will review your request, verify that you're within our service area, prepare an estimate if appropriate, and follow up with you within 24 business hours.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue to grow. Every change we make is intended to improve communication, reduce phone tag, allow Dr. Swan to spend more time caring for patients, and keep the cost of veterinary care as affordable as possible.
